As I woke up this morning I wished myself a Happy Mother’s Day.

As I began to feed the dogs and cats and  put away a few things in the kitchen, I began to receive impressions of how this day is so beautiful for many and for others it can also be painful. If you know anything about what I love to share with the world, how we see today, how we react to today, is our choice.

So yes, let’s celebrate Mother’s Day and yet, let’s go beyond the mere commercial opportunities and let’s go beyond any loss some may be feeling today and let’s go beyond any expectations about the day or even about motherhood itself.

Why would we do this?

Why would I be stirred to share the thoughts and impressions and hits I received today?

Because as we do so, as we open up and allow ourselves to see new ideas, perspectives and opportunities, we become more flexible in our thoughts and we open our hearts. We heal the illusion of separation and deepen our understanding of our collective connection. We make a choice to not suffer and to step into freedom.

Today, as I go about in the world, I will quietly acknowledge  everyone on this day. I will celebrate the beauty of what we all have in common. We all came through the beautiful vessel of a woman’s body and we call her mother. This aspect that can remind us of our Oneness and supports our spiritual growth.

Today, I celebrate that the vessel we call woman. I delight in the amazing miracle of the human body in which you and I came through. What a miraculous experience that we came through another human being as our souls incarnated into this experience of humanness.

Today, I also honor that within every soul’s experience we have the ability to mother other souls and support their expansion.

It doesn’t matter if you are experiencing this life as male or female. We all have the aspect, the archetype of mother within us. This beauty allows us to do in our unique way what Mother Teresa did in hers.

In 1979 Mother Teresa received the Noble Peace Prize for bringing new hope to the future of mankind through her ability to see the sacredness in every person.

Today we can chose a higher perspective opening and activating within us the ability to see the sacredness in every person.

Happy Mother’s Day~

If you are feeling in love with your life, you are probably experiencing a really good day…

If your expectations of “how” your life should be or how you wish it was are not quite in alignment with what is happening, today may be one that doesn’t feel so terrific.

My Valentine’s wish for you is, that you open your heart to a way of being that takes ALL of your life, all of your experiences and allows them to expand you. Allow all of it, both the light and the dark, to reveal more of who you really are by letting your unique expression of light shine through.

All of our experiences give us the opportunity to be more than we ever thought we could be:

We are at choice to be more loving, courageous, honest, compassionate, giving, creative, joyful, supportive and forgiving, just to name a few.

It may not always be easy to see what is being asked of us in the moment, or the next day, but it’s there waiting for you and for me to discover the treasure that is always right in front of us.

You may wonder exactly who is asking us to be more of who we really are?

The answer is we are, each one of us. That means YOU!

You couldn’t wait to get here, dig in and feel all the contrast of this life…all of it…that concept isn’t the easiest to grasp…your ego may fight it…yet, embracing it will make all the difference in the world because your heart will open and expand.

This is what changes the world.

Speaking of someone who is changing the world:

Let me introduce you to one of my amazing clients Kathleen and her offering on Valentine’s Day to the world. All numbers and combination of numbers are embedded with specific frequencies. Wonderfully for us, the angels reveal that we don’t have to know the specific meaning or frequencies in order to benefit from them.

I liken 11:11 to my mother’s whistle, calling me home when I was a little girl playing outside. 11:11 is a call to return to our real home, it is a home of awareness. It is a call to Re-Awaken to who we really are and what we are truly capable of.

11:11 is an invitation and thus an individual choice to move out of the frequency of separation and return our awareness to our collective Oneness or Oneness Consciousness.

YOU ARE OFFICIALLY INVITED TO AWAKEN

Today, this month, this upcoming year will be just like any other day, month or year for you…
if you let it.

See, each day is our choice to be open, to shift our stories, to dissolve our pain and to begin a new life adventure when we actively shift our spirtual awareness.

Today is 11-1-11 and 10 days from now it will be 11-11-11. They could be just any other day or they could be a day where you say a Sacred Yes to you, your journey, your life.

There are people across the globe feeling the shift we are collectively being called to open up to spiritually. Many are not just feeling it, we are opening up to it, we are saying ‘Yes” to being the change we wish to see.

We are explorers of the unseen, the mysteries. We are the “archelogists of the soul”.

You are part of that shift, you are part of that change.

What you do matters,

What you say matters.

What you think matters.

What you uniquely bring to each day, each month, each year…it matters.

If you don’t believe that, we can help.

I invite you today to take some time for yourself and just be, to connect to love, to say “YES!” to what is wanting to be uniquely expressed through you.

As I continue to work with the Angels, I get visual reminders and memories of times that the Angels were guiding me and protecting me.

This morning I received one of those reminders.

As I tossed and turned this morning I received one of those reminders as I was trying get back to sleep somewhere around 4 AM. This seems to be the usual time the Angels and other loving beings tend to be able to speak very clear to me when it is time to get a message out and write.

After settling in and clearing the random scattered thoughts, I was shown a vision from when I was 16 years old. Although I didn’t know it at the time, strong protective forces of love had already been guiding me and communicated with me keeping me safe and alive.

As I wrote that last sentence I once again realize how important it is to listen to the inner guidance that we receive. Listening holds the intention of taking action. Although God and the angels and other light beings are in constant contact with us, and us with them, the more conscious we become about that guidance and connection, the happier, the healthier and the more prosperous our lives can be.

On the day I was shown in my vision this morning, I remember going and getting my hair cut. At that time I lived with my mother across the street from the beach in a one-bedroom apartment. We didn’t have a lot at that time, but I remember my mom always using the resources she had to make things the most beautiful and give us unique places to live.

That day I walked to and from the hair salon. It was a far walk, and I could’ve taken the bus, but that wasn’t cool so I would rather walk.

I remember just being lost in my thoughts as I walked home. Not really aware of anything or anyone around me. I was wearing a yellow cotton sundress, one of my favorites. I was thrilled with my haircut and get a sense they I felt beautiful that day.

The apartment building we lived in at the time had 8 units, four on the bottom and four on the top. The staircase to the upper floor where we lived was on the outside of the building. As I climbed the stairs and was about three quarters of the way up my happiness turned to great fear. Everything happened so fast and only after many decades now is it clear to me what happened.

I didn’t hear the man behind me. I just know now, and only now, that I had a thought and heard the words there is someone behind you. I instantly turned around and began to scream and moved towards the man. I now know that Archangel Michael and other light beings supported me that day. I see myself as having the energy of a knight with sword and shield just like Archangel Michael on that day. I know he was imbuing me with strength and courage to move past my fear.

I have no idea what I said or what I yelled, but it was clear to me from how my body felt, and the warning I received, that the man’s intentions were not good.

I came at him like a wild animal. I chased him away from the building with my screaming and yelling. I then ran back up the stairs and into my apartment and cried and sobbed.

Although the Angels respect our free will and assist us when we give them permission and ask for help, they obviously do their best to protect us from harmful situations. But we need to pay attention.

I was protected this day, not because I am special, but because I was obedient to what I was hearing in the moment. Which is called listening in my book!

As I remembered this moment from adolescence, I got a little teary. Not from the event itself with the man, but from the love and protection that was given to me that day. As I got teary this morning, the angels told me that my tears were about being worthy. Most of us at some point in our life, have not felt worthy. Often we still have cleanup to do about knowing our worth.

In working with the Angels, I have continued to heal and grow and be in a state of worthiness more and more. The Angels and other living beings bathe us in unconditional love. This is the love that fills us. It is this love that allows us to heal our mental thoughts of separation and bring us into a state of being in oneness consciousness. This is our journey home, to ourselves, to love.

The same voice of love that speaks to me, speaks to you.

Today, may you listen with a more open heart and take action from a space of knowing that you are worthy and you are loved and you are never alone.

Who wouldn’t right?

I call this being in alignment.

The best secret weapon you have to be in alignment is by being very
conscious about how you are feeling within your beautiful body.

Your body is consistently giving you feedback as to how you’re are
perceiving, experiencing, judging and understanding the truth of who
you are, who everyone else is and your belief about what is and is not
possible for you.

Getting really good at being aware of how you are feeling AND
choosing to feel good consistently is what really allows you to
become the receiver and the benefactor of all the positive visions,
intentions, goals and desires you have ever consistently thought about.

I am so clear what being in alignment does for me and how I will not tolerate
being out of alignment very long. This declaration has
dramatically and powerfully shifted my life.

This is what I teach and is foundational spiritual wisdom. Some
people do this naturally but most of us need to be reminded.

My two biggest reference points and reminders for my strong desire
to be in alignment are Cancer and a Connective Tissue disorder that I
experienced many years ago.

Would you like to know what I loved about having Cancer and a
debilitating Autoimmune dis-ease and how those two experiences have helped
me return to alignment?

First of all, can you believe that I said LOVED in regards to the
“Big C” word?

Well my deep appreciation from those experiences and how I got
myself into those two messes, is what I draw on NOW to KNOW that I
never want to experience them again.

See, I know now that I created those dis-eases.

But before you skip this list, maybe my partial list here may help you?

Maybe you will see yourself here and it may inspire you to investigate
for yourself how you might want to practice cultivating consistent
alignment as your daily practice.

I blamed others for how I was feeling.
I expected others to be the source of my happiness.
I sought the approval of others.
I tried to control other people’s behavior.
I didn’t trust my Intuition.
I didn’t act on my intuition.
I allowed the negative reflection of others to be my mirror.
I forgot who I was.
I didn’t know how to deeply receive.
I didn’t ask for help.
I didn’t take care of me before helping others.

Which makes me think of being on an airplane, (which I am as I write this)
when they tell you to put your oxygen mask on before assisting small
children or those around you!

Same thing here…it is always going to be about you first!

Short list:

I created dis-ease by being out of alignment.

Period.

Ok, so how do you feel and experience more happiness and joy in
your body and everyday experiences?

Let’s get practical.

Be responsible for you and how you are feeling.
Notice unwanted feelings in your emotions and body.
Choose to do something to shift how you feel.
Do something to shift you in a positive direction.
It could be anything as long as it shifts how you feel.

What this looks like for me.

When I get triggered and feel unhappy I quickly notice that it
obviously doesn’t feel good and I am reminded how regularly feeling
this way literally poisoned my body and created dis-ease.

Knowing I do not want that, I am inspired to take charge and do
something different.

An easy and effective way for me is to begin to notice what I love
about my life and I start a mental stream (key word here) or list of
things that make me happy…

Sometimes just thinking about puppies or kittens can do it for me.

Obviously depending on how far out of alignment I go I need to
continue beyond puppies and kittens…the point here is to continue this stream until you feel better.
Do this as often as you need throughout the day until you just get better and better with it.

No one ever got great at something by doing it inconsistently, so
consistency is key here so that you can return to your natural
“stream” of alignment.

I guarantee that this is worth the investment of your time
and any energy you put towards it.

And guess what?

You are so worth it!

I am also reminded of this Unconditional Love energy as one of my cats has his head laying on my keyboard as I type. He is licking my hand and doing his best to love me up. It doesn’t feel like a convenient time for me as my intention is to get my newsletter complete and delivered asap. I am made aware, in this moment that there are times where I am not letting LOVE in fully.

We all say we want to love and be loved and yet often we push love away or we withhold love. Maybe we do this because it isn’t what we thought it would look like or it isn’t convenient in the moment. At some deep level, within our subconscious we don’t feel we deserve it.

A huge part of our life journey is to overcome this idea that keeps us feeling separate, unworthy and small.

Cultivating a deeper relationship with Spirit and the wisdom and love that flows from this relationship, is foundational to EVERYTHING you say you are wanting.

What I have learned is that SPIRIT never gives up on us because it is us and it is that part of us that has not forgotten the beauty and glory of who we really are.

In a month in which we can be bombarded my the commercialism of what love “should be”. The greatest love relationship we can have is with Spirit…everything else flows from this.

Being in this flow brings you into alignment with your good. Speaking of alignment, my fingers have now run directly into my cat’s face enough times that he is willing to patiently wait right next to me and has removed his head from my keyboard. My cat, like Spirit, won’t ever give up on me no matter how I do, or do not show up in life. Spirit, like the snow that so effortlessly falls to earth, will continue to effortlessly get my attention and love, guide and inspire me to be better than I ever have thought I could. The same is true for you and every other being on this planet.

It is up to us to let love in.

We are invited during this month to explore our relationships, especially with Spirit. There is a direct relationship to how much you love and trust yourself, how much you trust what comes to you from Spirit, and how much you allow Spirit to love you and support you on your journey.

May your month be filled with more awareness of the love that flows through you and to you and how unique you are as a Divine expression of love.
